Thanks for the warning! Off to see Blind Side tomorrow. Have seen Shutter Island and thought it was really good. How dramatic was the music as they approached the Island!
Yeah I thought the music was a bit OTT.

How slowly do Secret Shopping Services pay please, anyone that's done work for them? I have been allocated a jewellery visit but can't find anywhere on their site about pay times.

not that i have been made aware of. have you heard that they have? :)

No I haven't but the last time they increased the number of items, they increased the fee as well. If I dont get an email next week, I'll make contact and ask.;)

    Against my better judgement....................
Ive just re-read the instructions and, after vomiting, gone to take the test and it states ...test completed.

    Well i havent done it!

Has anyone else had this problem?

Must admit my motivation is pretty low to see this thru.

I'm in exactly the same situation. I've got 3 burgers booked in the next week and I'm a little hesitant to complete them just incase they turn around and tell me that as I've not done the "new" test they won't pay me.

I did the 'new' test mid/late march, and I wasn't sure if this was the test or the real thing, but if I click on the bottom under the certification test, it states Guidance notes and when I click on this it states 'congrats you have passed the test' so I am rightly or wrongly assuming this was the new one done..all the info on it related to 2010..

Failing that I will be paying for my own burger on Tuesday...

i just did it and it said that. you need to look at the notes and click on practice test and work through that. it says its the practice test but once i did it it said congrats your certified! so just do the practice test and it should work.

i got an email yest saying i had to do it before i did any april visits or they would be released

I think I might have passed.

I only do the breakfasts anyway because it makes me get up early.

I had to larf reading the notes about how important it is to get the timings right.

The important thing with these !!!!!! is to make sure the manager gets his bonus, otherwise the ms-er gets barred from the store.

    Lesson learned:D
