Don't forget about the whiplash claim!

Get a doctor's note to go with it and it can be a few thousand pounds these days.

Where theres blame theres a claim and all that.

I got a leaflet through the door. Not sure where you are but the one I go to is North East only. www.nolippybootcamp.co.uk
I do the 6pm weekday and 8am weekend sessions.

Dunno how I manage to find the time. I just sort of juggle it all with bairns, work, uni, dogs, housework, etc.!

I'm sad that I missed the online pets jobs, as I was planning on placing an order on that site anyway today!
Oh god, I feel sick just looking at it! Isn't there an easier way?!

Well done you for doing it but I barely have the energy to make myself a cup of tea anymore. Something needs doing but I think bootcamp might be a bit drastic for me. Can't really afford it.

Perhaps a bit of yoga on the wii fit will do the trick. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've been good today though. Heard an acquaintance had lost 6 stone in 12 months so if she can do it, so can I. All I've had today is one slice of toast (wholemeal) with flora extra light for breakfast and an M&S fish soup (240 cals) for lunch. Tea will be salmon and stir fry veg.
Going to go for a big walk tonight with the kids & hubby. :)

Did one about two weeks ago, also included buying the glasses.

It could be one of the most profitable mystery shops you've ever done.

My thoughts exactly...although I did a couple of classes with BritMilFit last summer, hard work but really kick started my fitness plans (which I promptly gave up on when I sprained my ankle, lol). I know there's a couple of classes my side of Manc and they have a few other sites around Greater Manc too these days - might be worth a look? I'd offer to let you come running with me if you were closer - but you'd probably be quicker than me. :o
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Did my test drive and all went well - that's the good news.

The bad news is I had an accident on the way home and am sat here feeling shaky drinking hot sweet tea. No real damage done, but in around 25 years of driving I've NEVER had an accident so it's hit me a bit.

Oh well, finish my tea, do another MS and then go and get gravy and chips to cheer myself up.

Hope you're ok, a couple of years ago I had 3 crashes in 6 month (none my fault!) so i'm well aquainted with the shaky feeling.

Result! I was just about to start entering a nightmare report for gfk, (lots of niggly things wrong that take forever to explain clearly) when I get a call from them not to bother as they need to reschedule- I'm still getting paid, and they're going to let me go again next week.

So money for a 3 minute visit and a rather more positive looking diary for next week.

Oh well, looks like we'll probably lose the Alert thread again due to spammers .
