Yeah, the wind must have loosen the flashing or something on the roof and we woke up to water running down the wall, it was not to bad, ie not soaking the carpet but the paint and plasterboard are soaked. Waiting for the insurance company to send an assessor round, which I think could be a few days and given the weather at the moment the wet patches will be massive by then :mad:0 -

Thought I'd better sit and do a schedule tonight and I've got 32 jobs to do over the next ten days.
