Just had a very near miss – doing a phone shop at lunchtime in my local shopping centre and was just hiding the paperwork in the bottom my handbag ready for when I got out when I happened to catch a glimpse of the store address.. and it is not where I thought it was :eek:.

There is a massive shopping centre in my town and there are two branches of this phone store, with the one I have to do the MS at being right at the far end of one of the shopping centres and I never go up there. I suspect it might be quite a new store as well and I did not know it was there.

The most annoying thing is I am not sure what I will do for my lunch now as the wrong store was right next to a place that does yummy chicken mayo baguettes which I was going to treat myself to but there is nothing that does takeaway near the proper store (and I doubt I will have time to walk from one to the other). Might have to break out one of the “emergency” tins of soup in my desk – for the third time this week :rotfl:!!!

I have contacted Helion (that was my first port but did not receive quick response), therefore posted question on here to see if anyone else knew the answer.

I have since received a response and they are looking into it. Might be a software fault. Hang in there, they'll get back to you.

In a word "no". When you self allocate is just automatically goes into your assignments box.

Expecting a phone call now... If they want to put limits on why can't it automatically hide them when you've reached the limit or at least mention it in the fly out box thingy

I have just spoken to a guy at ESA - the additional ones will be removed over the course of today so if you give them a call and tell them which you want removing so you don't lose the ones to want to keep and they will release them for you.

They've just rang me

Looked like ESA we're going to rescue me money wise this month but obviously not... Hopefully there'll be some other clients come up with them soon!! I thought March was quiet but April has actually been worse for me!
