I'm on an unlimited calling plan on virgin and use this link all the time for utility comps and ms'ing. I know BT are now free for these numbers anyway.

Hi I wonder if anyone could help please regarding re jobs .I have two and I am trying to print the questionnaires but everytime I print it only prints the background notes not the questionnaires.Does anyone have any tips please?

Select the entire questionnaire text (i.e. highlight) and then print selection. This is the only way I can print them.

Try a different browser maybe....it works for me in IE but not firefox.:D

I have three evaluation to do in my inbox for Helion.Question is does it mean it's for three evaluations or for seven calls each?

ps I tried highlighting and it worked .I use Internet Explorer but it is not working.No idea why not.Thanks everyone for your help.

I've applied to Helion and there's an update stating my photo ID has been validated and deleted, but i can still see it. It this right? I've not received any confirmation email from them.

Also, I have a pending job with them which has been there for days. It's due by the 16th so i doubt i will get it. I want to cancel as they're taking a longtime to allocate it. I now have other MS jobs booked. Has anyone cancelled a pending job with Helion yet? Just wondering if this is a no-no with the company plus I don't really want to start cancelling jobs when I've only recently signed with them! I didn't see anything relevant in the FAQ page.
