I havent received anything though I did transfer a standing order across, due to the timing it hasnt actually been used yet. Is that the reason why maybe?
When I phoned them about something else the lady on the phone randomly asked me if I would be transferring direct debits or not, not sure if that was a hint why I'd not qualify so far. I presume its too late to correct now?

It occurred to me that might be the reason why I haven't had mine. Someone suggested on one of the threads that you can set up a SO with a date 2 or 3 months ahead, so that by the time the £75 is paid (within 8 weeks), the SO could be cancelled without it even having been used. There's nothing in their T&Cs to say that this can't be done, only that the SO had to be transferred across, so if they try using that as their reason, I'll raise a complaint. If you do get your £75 paid in the near future, it'd be useful if you could post here, please.

Edit: I've just changed the SO date for tomorrow, to see if that makes any difference.
  • Worried I won't get mine as I forgot that the account I was transferring from was a joint account so I ended up having a paper application form sent so my OH could sign. The form did have "Internet" hand written across top of it so hopefully it will be classed as such.
