CCJ against Sky Subscribers and still can't get my money

Options
I have got a County Court Judgement against Sky TV for nearly £3,000 as they consistantly overcharged me and refused to refund my money. I therefore took them to court and got the CCJ. However, even though I now have this they have refused to give me my money (ignoring letters etc) and the court bailiffs cannot gain entry to their building as the security guards will not let them pass. They have now given up. After speaking to the bailiff this appears to be common practise for Sky.

Can anyone advise me if I can get a winding up order against them and if so how do I do it and do I need a solicitor to do it for me?

Thanks

Chelle

Have the matter transferred to the High COurt for enforcement. Google - High Court Enforcement officers. They have more powers that county court bailiffs albeit charge more.
