Hardship case,,,advise.. please

I have a two yr old son who is special needs due to brain damage of hospital neglect and therefore qualify for reclaim under the 'Hardship'... in November the BOS agreed, in the same week of the High Court Ruling.. to pay out £1900, from a £10k claim. I accepted but they have not paid yet and when I call, every day they say they are waiting for authorisation... can I submit a new claim? or do I keep on persisting on the telephone.. anyone with an idea????

  • I would speak to the Financial Ombudsman Service about this because they offered the amount and should have paid on receipt of the signature. How much worse has your circumstances got as a result of this delay? Emphasize this.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
