I have today spoken to two companies regarding an IVA, Payplan and ClearDebt reccomended on IVA.com.
ClearDebt said that they could definatley help me but I would require audited accounts as I am Self Employed ( I have done my own accounts for the past 8 years and never used an accountant, as my business is very small )
Payplan never mentioned audited accounts but have said they will send out some forms for me to complete, am I wasting my time as I suppose they will also require audited accounts. I never gave this a thought.
With a DMP you are allowed to self certify.

Seems to me someone at ClearDebt doesn't know their stuff... audited accounts would relate to a Limited Company!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
