redundancy & holiday he's forcing me to take them

Options
I work for a small LTD business.

Our MD (sole owner) has said my role is redundant and that my contract is terminated in April.

Quick question can he get away with making me take all my outstanding hols as part of my notice period. Ideally I would be able to work my notice and get paid for the outstanding hols too you see.

Although my role is redundant he can afford to keep others employed.

Yes. He can tell you when you are taking them too if he chooses as long as he gives you the statutory miniumum notice, ie twice the amount as the time taken, so 2 days for 1 day, or 2 weeks for 1 week off.
