Vanquis Credit Card Not Working On Amazon?

Just tried purchasing something off Amazon with my new Vanquis card that came today and has been activated, but Amazon keeps rejecting the card. I've tried numerous times but still not working.
However, when I used it through PayPal on anohter site it worked fine.
