  • If they provide finance and ppi then they are bound by the same rules as everyone else. Don't let them put you off but be prepared to go all the way to FOS, if you are sure you been mis-sold, don't give up until you have YOUR money back.

    Lol, don't be nervous.:D;).
You can the status on the delivery on the Royal Mail Website "Tracking" here:
    http://www.royalmail.com/
However, at this current time it states they are temporary out of use, should be back on soon though I expect, good luck.;)

Was it a loan? I successfully claimed back PPI from my 2006 AA Loan. They applied PPI when I hadn't ticked the box, so mine was fairly simple!

Loans taken out with AA more than a year or so ago are run by BoS, current AA Loans are run differently afaik.

    Best of luck :)

Yes it was a loan which was taken out in 2004 October, was employed part time and a student...was never told about ppi or did I receive anything about any kind of benefits about ppi...it was only thru Reading previous posts on mse I didn't even know that it was supposed to cover you thru periods of unemployment etc!!

Thanx 4 the royal mail site, I will have a check to see if they have received it

I just checked the Royal mail website as I wanted to track down a letter and it still states they are out of service , how frustrating!!!
It was like this yesterday as well, I am aware though you can ring to check the status of the delivery.;)
