if my husband applies for a balance transfer card,can I transfer debt from my credit card on to it? He doesn't have any existing credit card debt to transfer.Thanks

Yes - but be aware that the debt will then become your husband's debt.0

No you can't transfer your debt to him
however most cards allow him to transfer your debt to himself but read the T&Cs0 -

Clapton's spot on, although it may seem the same thing at the end of the day. You can 'pull' debts to you but can't 'push' debts to someone else. Your hubby can contact his CC company and ask for a balance transfer from your account to his.
If I could simply transfer my balances to someone else ...
