For various reasons I wanted to go with 2 signatures on a joint account about 3 years ago, and what I needed pointing out to me was that it meant no online facility. I don't know if anything could be set up where 2 passwords are needed.

Creating a financial link when you don't need to is not sensible.

Undoing them can be a nightmare when the OH runs off with the money.
