No they didnt say that to me, probably because i said to them that i would try and go BR asap. Do you think i should offer a token payment then, as emotionally doing it before Sept is going to be hard for me. I have no intention of taking out any further credit or anything like that, just want to give myself time to do it when i feel strong enough to.

Yes do that from now on! That will give you enough time to save and to get a wee bit stronger!

    thanks sizzler

Our house is in negative equity at the moment so i understand this should be ok? I have stopped paying most of my creditors but did pay 2 this month as i could afford too. Shall i stop paying everyone now then, even though im 99% decided on BR, i just dont know what to do really. Theres a 1% in me that cant make my mind up. Im worried as i had used my credit cards for essentials still doing so as trying to save and i have taken out 2 pay day loans for £200 each now i cant pay those back if im saving and im worried what OR will say, even worried about posting on here. I just go round in circles. Please advise

    x

If your house is in negative equity you can buy BI back for £1 plus ORs solicitors fees of £211 so fine there. they will ask you to get a valuation.

Dont worry about these things as long as you explain to the OR keep notes on what you spend and why, you have to survive. OR will look for any stupid amounts going missing etc.

Try not to wotty and ask us any thing you can dont be frightened

do you mean like £100.00's for silly things sizzler, not like a tesco shop? I think i will offer token payments to keep me going. If i stop using my credit card now do you think i will be ok with OR? So just to confirm, im not going to be in trouble if i dont do the BR thing til later in the year when im ready?

I have just spoken to Lloyds and they have told me to speak to cccs. They have turned my accounts into controlled ones?

Maybe its easier doing things by post as im confused now.

Just out of interest as i still havent got this straight in my mind, when you fill in the soa i would have to include my husbands income and expenditure too. I dont pay much towards the household so how would the judge or OR know that im insolvent if my husbands income is on the forms and he earns quite a lot. Probably another dim question!

    Hi hun

Sorry not sure what a controlled account means?? Sure someone can help you though soon.

Also sorry not sure about SOA I think you will have to include something from your husband but someone who is more in the "know" will help you.

Don't worry your questions are not dim at all!!!

    Take care
