EXACTLY!!! Why is it still on their records? It is causing me hardship, I cant open even a basic account --their reason? ' due to my insolvancy'.0 -

and for what its worth?? most creditors will accept the discharge letter you have..natwest opened an account for me a while ago with the same letter no questions asked...nothing to stop you though trying barclays or the co-op for a basic account they dont credit check those or rely on your past bankruptcyWe all die.
