Is this quote right for felt roofing work???

Hi All,

Currently having issue with my flat roof of kitchen which is leaking at 2 corner. Requested a quote from a company up in Aberdeenshire (well recommended by traders and friends).

Rear Extension
- Remove the existing roof covering and dispose of. 18m2 @ £ 8.30 = £ 149.40
- Remove damaged timber deck and replace with 18 mm exterior grade
plywood. m2 @ £20.30 If required
- Supply and fix vapour control layer of HT125. 50mm Rigid
Urethane Insulation board, mechanically fastened or bonded.
One layer of Type 3G. Underlay of Elastomeric Polyester base
180E, fully bonded. Finish layer of Elastomeric Polyester base
350 mineral surface f ~ s(hgre en), fully bonded. 18m2@£55.70 = £1002.60
- Form felt flashing over wallhead, girth 350mm. 3.5m @ £24.10 = £84.35
- Forming felt upstand dressed under PVC lining, girth 200mm. 5.5m @ £18.30 = £100.65
- Supply and fix code 5 lead, girth 150mm with lead batts at 600mm centres. 9m @ £24.7 = £222.30
- Forming welted drip to roof verge. 12.5m @ £18.40 = £230.00

Total Price = £1789.30

Rear Dormer

- Remove the existing roof covering and dispose of. 14m2 @ £8.3 = £116.2
- Remove damaged timber deck and replace with 1 mm exterior grade
plywood. m2 @ £20.30 If required
- Supply and fix vapour control layer of HT125. 50mm Rigid
Urethane Insulation board, mechanically fastened or bonded.
One layer of Type 3G. Underlay of Elastomeric Polyester base
180E, fully bonded. Finish layer of Elastomeric Polyester base
350 mineral surface finish (green), fully bonded. 14m2@ £55.0 = £779.80
- Remove two course of tiles and ridge. Form felt upstand, girth 350mm
And replace tiles and ridge. 4.5m@ £41.20 = £185.40
- Forming welted drip to roof verge.10.5m @ £18.40 = £193.20
- Remove damaged fascia boards and replace with 18 mm exterior
grade plywood with two coats of Butinox paint. 10.5m @ £42.00 = £ 441.00

Total Price = £1715.60

Could anyone be so kind to advice if this price is within reasonable or? They also provide 10 years gurantee in material and workmanship. Besides this is up at aberdeenshire, Scotland. Thanks a lot in advance.

Not sure about the costs, but have you thought about replacing it for a rubber roof? It will last a lifetime, just a thought...........

Yeah, did consider about rubber roof and still waiting for the quote. Not sure which is the best option to go for price and reliability wise. Thanks for the advice though.
