How do I refund?

Hi

I sent a DVD boxset via Royal Mail recorded delivery 2 weeks ago and it hasn't turned up. I am assuming that it is lost and quite rightly buyer has had enough of waiting and wants a refund. Have checked her address etc and was def sent to the right place and still says on tracking it's in their system!

Now I know how to refund via Paypal but is there anything I need to do on Ebay? Can I get my fees back etc? This is the first item I have had that hasn't turned up so any advice would be appreicated.

Thanks

If you locate the transaction in your Paypal account and click the REFUND link you will be reimbursed for the Paypal fees, I think the only way to reclaim your ebay fees is to cancel the transaction, but that would require the buyer agreeing to the cancellation.
