Organic food company share

want to buy some shares in the booming organic food market. any suggestion on what materials i should read to understand the market a little bit more and the options available in the market? thx

    I think that your best option is to take a stroll around your local supermarkets and see what's on the shelves but tbh I don't think that food producers are a very good area for investment, unless they are absolutely huge; smaller companies rely an awful lot on supermarkets and tend to get squeezed. And of course a lot of them are privately owned.
