Go on the secret website, it encourages us to not dwell on what we dont want but what we do want, be grateful and thankful of what we have now, then the things you want visualise and believe its yours already ... its all about positive breeds positive etc the book or dvd is really good we got it from a friend who uses it and its done wonders for them and it shows through them so im clinging to the positives.... :P choc thinks im a crazy fool haha but i entertain myself x

I'm on The Secret website now Happy.....intriguing stuff!! Do you think it really works?? I shouldn't really be asking you that question if its going to work really should I :rotfl: its definitely worth thinking about though, completely changing my mindset.....I mean since coming off the anti-depressents I've really struggled to be positive about anything so learning a technique is a really good idea!
