Rear wiper missing. Mot Failure?

Hi. Hoping you can help me on this one. Will my car fail an MOT if the rear wiper is missing? I intend to replace it but may not be able to sort this before the MOT is due.

No, it won't fail.

The tester's manual only refers to wipers on the windscreen http://www.motuk.co.uk/manual_820.htm.
