Data Protection Act - Non Disclosure - What to do ?

Hello

Does anyone have a letter I can send, and who to about this ?

Basically it's about credit card charges. I made the request to Mbna requesting lasy 6 years of statements plus the £10 fee in May. They replied 4th June saying it would be supplied within 40 days. Obviously the 40 days are up and nothing ......

So I want to write to whoever I complain to that the Data Protection request hasn't been complied with, and attach a copy of this with covering letter to Mbna.

I need the info if I am going to reclaim these late payment fees. I haven't currently got it. So how do I get it if Mbna bank the cheque but just ignore providing the info ??

Thanks
