Warning for Lloyds TSB platinum 0% BTS

HI,
I've posted on this before but now have an update. BRiefly - got the above card at 0% on BTS for nine months. Lloyds later tried to make out it was six months and started to charge interest at that point. I had kept the original forms and proved the deal was nine months, even so it took SIX WEEKS for them to admit they were wrong (someone conveniently kept forgetting to send the forms through, update my file, blah blah). Now they mysteriously can't update my records so that I don't get charged interest for the final three months, all they can do is charge interest, then take it straight off again. But what do I find on my latest statement? Interest charged, but not removed. SO I ring to remonstrate, only to be told that I will have to ring and complain every month because they can't be bothered to move their sorry !!!!!! and find a way to stop the computer from charging me. You can bet your knickers that they would have found a way if it was costing them money.
So the moral is, don't believe a word of it and check your statements, even if you think it's all been sorted.
WAR ON THE CARDS!

It's a pain isn't it. Get another card and dump the TSB one. Don't wait for the final 3 months to expire. If you complain about having to phone them every month on an 0870 "premium" number, you can get a credit.0

Had a similar problem with LTSB, they kept on charging me interest & reimbursing it, what a pain with all those calls but i wasn't using their expensive 0870 number, popped along to the Saynoto0870 webiste & used the ordinary 01702 278272 number & even had £10 credited back to my account when i complained about all the calls i was having to make.0
