most links that are on offer over internet are just scams, they take your money and give you useless information.

I got no links to give you. However my neighbour got an offer on his fax and was silly enough to accepted it, a company faxed him information about Police & Government Sales (ended up costing him 24 quid in the end and most of the information was useless to him.)
I just been next door and borowed if from him.... looks like they just printed details from a phone book. Have you tried calling the local auction houses?
There is only one mentioned here for East Yorkshire.

I expect it's a word filter, and that th previous poster put everything in CAPS, and the word filter picked it up (because it looks awful to read) and converted it to lower case.
