Itunes gift card

My daughter purchased 2 gift cards today from WH smith, using the £5 off vouchers. When she got home only one of the cards was activated the other wasn't. Had an email from itunes support asking for pics of receipts and cards, I replied to the email, but it was returned and can't find an email address to send the required info to(the address on the email won't accept replies). I have a follow up number and the name of the agent who is dealing withthe problem. I even tried to send an email without the pics coz I thought the attachment may have been too large, but it was returned also. Any ideas, or should I just go back to WH Smith tomorrow?

I don't have an e-mail address, but I did check the Apple Support website and www.saynoto0870.com to get you some telephone numbers. They should be able to give you an e-mail address to send the information to.
Apple website number: 0844 2090611 - charged at 5p per minute
Say no number: 020 8218 1000 - Ask for Customer Services and if asked, tell them you're calling from work and can't dial 0870 and 0844 numbers.
