Mr Central Heating

Last year we bought our first house, in west london. Unfortunately there is no central heating and had to survive a cold winter with portable electric oil heaters. We've now saved up enough money to get CH fitted.
I have a quote of 2 grand for labour only from gas safe plumber, but he's asked me to buy the boiler/materials.
Modest sized 3 bed semi.
Thinking of buying boiler pack from Mr Central Heating.
Have heard good things about the combi boiler by Valiant eco tech 837, even though technically it's output will be overkill for our modest size 3 bed semi. But keen to get max flow rate on shower.
Any comments on:
1 - Valiaqnt eco tech 837?
2 - Mr central heating?
3 - the revive radiators that come with the boiler pack?
