Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Hi!
This is my first post here so what better way than to help someone else!
Lynzpower, in ‘Other Information’ write in carefully your ‘Particulars of Claim’ (I take it you filed with Moneyclaim?) this supports why you are filing in court and it can’t hurt to reiterate the information again. If you want you can also request from the ‘Other Party’ a breakdown that is full and exhaustive on why they charge what they do (like they can justify this!).
Besides, I did this on my Court Allocation Form and I won all my charges, costs and interest back from the Black Donkey (Lloyds TSB) back in June. I am now guiding my Mother, Sister in Law, neighbours and work colleagues in the bank charges process.
Good luck and remember they haven’t got a leg to stand on. (Hope I have posted this in time for you!)
