hi there all
right im finally getting round to completing my Court alocation questionaire
does anyone have any details about what goes in the box about "other information- in the space below set out any other information you consider will help the judge to manage or clarify the claim, includinh any orther information you consider should be supplied by the other party"
What do I write here- It HAS to go off today, someone help me PLEASE

Not sure tbh, again not got to that stage, but is there nothing that someone has copied and pasted into the CAG forum that could give you some ideas? I'm sure I saw something a while ago, maybe try in another bank's forum to your own, see if anyone has copied anything relevant there?

Im sending a spreadsheet with all the charges in - theres no way I can write the dates and amounts in - box is too small :rolleyes:

Does it not say something about if you think there is any other information that maybe relative put in that box?
It is just a general form so it could be more applicable to other sorts of claims! :think:
I wouldn't worry too much anyway! The form will become irrelative when they settle out of court anyway! 0 -

I'm very new at this & not had the experience of this but just an idea - could you put in about how this has affected you & yours physically & mentally? if it's affected your health, I think it's usually taken into account because you can't take on any more stress.
