Amazon dispute help needed please

I sold 3 new and sealed pc games that I won in a competition to the same buyer on 19th January. I've just had a message via Amazon to say that one of them won't load.
As it would appear to be faulty, what do I do now? Would I refund the cost of the game and the postage, and what are the timescales for the customer raising a dispute? I've had a look at the Amazon pages, and I think they're out of time, but wanted to double check with you knowledgeable people.
I want to be fair, as I think it's genuine because the other two are ok, but I don't want to be out of pocket with the Amazon fees etc. If I refund do I just accept the lost postage and fees?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Edit - having posted on the techie forum, the disc may well not be faulty, the problem may be a support or compatability issue, but as I know nowt about games I'm not sure either way. Would this make a difference to how I should respond?

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

They are out of the Timeframe for an A-Z claim so it would be up to you how you will deal with this0

They've had the game for two whole months and just discovered one of them won't load?? Er... I'd say they've had the item long enough, and might have scratched it or something.
I love computer games, so would test them immediately and flag up straight away if there was an issue.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
