I started to read the guide to Credit Card Charge Reclaiming, but it only mentions England, Wales and Scotland. Does anyone know if the procedures mentioned are applicable in N.Ireland.
Thanks.
Thanks.

The article is written primarily based on the laws of England & Wales. You are correct that it does also mention Scotland ... bit it also mentions Northern Ireland too
e.g.For those in Scotland and Northern Ireland, while the law is similar, the small claims process works differently. In Scotland the maximum claim is £750 and you may only reclaim 5 years' charges, in Northern Ireland the maximum claim is £2,000. This article is written based on the process for England and Wales, so for more details see Northern Ireland Courts and Scottish Sheriff Small Claims."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
Small claims limit in Scotland was raised to £3000 in 2007:
