Alliance and Leicester CC address please

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Can anyone give me the address to ask the nice Alliance and Leicester CC people for my SOA so I can start the charge claim procedure with them off please. I'm unsure where to send it , are they now with the MBNA address?

Also does anyone have an adddress they have had success with for Sainsbury's for the same reason as above.I have been reading through the threads and can't find a current address.
