Can you freeze...

And, if I've got those green bags from Lakeland, will veg keep chopped in there? (Like, chopped onion and courgette and mushroom for roasting)?

You can freeze the spag bol sauce - I do this all the time, also things like chilli and lasagne are OK.

I'm not sure about the other things - but someone should be along shortly to help you out.

If and only if all the ingredients were fresh and none had been previously frozen. Otherwise you are advised to cook them first and then freeze them.

I'd say 'don't know' on the cheesecake front - sometimes things made with eggs and/or cheese can seperate on thawing. But I freeze uncooked meatballs all the time with no ill-effects, also homemade burgers.
