Permission needed for knocking walls down?

My flat is leasehold. I would like to move two stud walls to different positions. In addition i want to put up a new stud wall and new door way to my second bedroom. Do i need permision from the freehold to move/add stud walls?
My maintence company want me to pay £300 to just consider the request.
I also want to knock down a wall between an existing extention and a bedroom. The wall is a solid wall as it also used to be the exterior wall. Do i need planning permision to do this? Thank you.

Internal works dont normally require planning permission. You probably require buiding warrant approval. Check with your Local Authority Building Control section.0

I suggest you examine the terms of your lease. I can't imagine that you are required to get approval though for non-load bearing walls.
For the load bearing wall, yes you will certainly need BCA. You may also need to serve a Party Wall Notice on your neighbour if the house is not detached.
You seem to be confusing BCA with Planning Permission-entirely separate things. No free lunch, and no free laptop

those three things are very different. PP, BC, and the freeholders permission.
PP is rarely required for solely internal works.
BC is mainly concerned with safety issues. ie an RSJ etc...
freeholders permission? ive never heard anyone requesting permission for internal works.
(and most external works too).
i wouldnt even tell/ask them anything.Get some gorm.0
