Hi
Juat wondered if I could change my normal sky box for a sky plus box without paying sky. Could I just swap them over?

It'll work with one feed, but only one tuner would work. Which won't matter as it won't record without a subscription. The Sky+ won't do anything an ordinary Sky box doesn't unless you pay a sub. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.
In every town, in every state. In every house and every gate.
Wth every precious smile you make. And every act of kindness.

yep, as other have said, you need 2 feeds, so you'll probably have to get a new dual/quad LNB and rewire (about £10)
Then just phone sky and tell them you have the box and they'll pair the card with the box and you can start recording
