A word of warning with the Trainline, if the tickets get lost in the post TL won't reissue them. You have to buy a full fare ticket and then try to claim it back afterwards. But Virgin will just reissue them. If they are the same company it seems stupid for them to have different policies on it, but TL left my sister high and dry when her tickets went missing, so I don't use them anymore.

I've gone off Trainline because recently when I've logged into my account it's come up with the name and address of someone I've never heard of. I've changed my password.

You can get a "proper" shaped Mint card if you ask - it's an option on the application form - there's no benefit having the stupid shaped one at all IMHO.
