Hey folks finally after 2 years of saving we have just got rid of our storage heaters and had gas central heating fitted, when we got the gas connected to the house,i contacted british gas and asked them to install a meter at my property,does this mean i have to use them for my gas supply as i contacted them about the…

Another thing to note, just by having your elec meter switched from two-rate/E7 to single rate will not get you out of a Fixed Price tariff/contracted tariff, to my understanding. You'd just be charged at the single rate prices. So it might be worth checking for any exit penalties just to make sure
