opera standard blocker does me fine
you can also add more to the exception list if needed
im sure firefox would od the same with add ons
though i see it cover non browser apps0 -

There is another way (free) that blocks most unwanted web content.

well i installed it and turned off operas ad blocker
only difference i see is whereas opera blocks the ads,ad muncher shows text of what the ad is it blocks
i dont see any differences on sites0
