Perfecthome Optional Service Cover or Coverplus

Hi

I was wondering if someone would be able to give me any advice or information regarding Perfecthome Optional Service Cover.

My mother has purchased goods from them and it has been over two years since she did so, the payments are crippling her as she is on benefits and has a limited fixed income, the items she bought are a bed, and washing machine, so are essentials in her home, but i noticed that her service cover is responsible for over half the payment amount.

I would like to know if you are able to cancel this optional service cover, i have contacted perfecthome repeatedly to request a copy of the terms and conditions of their agreement and have been flat out refused, my mother says she was never furnished with one.

Any advice, or information would be very gratefully recieved.
