commenced new claim.

hi all just recieved reply from my 1st letter to yorkshire bank - i signed the paper work therefore etc etc. i presume i just continue and send 2nd letter now ! just wondering if there have been many sucess stories from yb or clydesdale bank and at which stage X thanks x

    Hi just go for it :)
    We started our claims last November.
    Yesterday we received two offers of refunds, goodwill gestures, ex gratia payment whatever they call it at the time on three claims.
    The claim that was refused because the wife signed for it allegedly knowing what she was doing because she had been informed,
    she had also been informed at that time by the advisor that without PPI she couldn't have the loan. :(
    The three loans where taken out between 2004- 2005.
    The one which was refused will go to the FOS.

    Thanks for all your updates...have an ongoing ppi claim with YB ...started in November and have been getting Delay tactic letters ever since so have referred it to the Financial Ombudsman , it is with an adjudicator at the moment so I will let you know the outcome. Glad you got positive results Ex squaddie !
