Where is it and what’s the price history? ie: What did he pay for it and when?0 -

Assuming there are no dodgy legals regarding ownership, building permissions etc, it will sell easily enough if the price is right.0

Agreed. Who wants to live in a country with unemployment approaching 20%? If he wants to hold out for full asking, he will be waiting a while.
The infamous land grabs that went on and over development which happened in spain didnt help matters; depending on the area, to get a sale, your dad may need to drop the price as far as 60%. Thats the reality at the moment I am afraid.0 -

Not the most scientific of approaches granted, but at least you know your listing will get seen for the terms you want it to, on relevant sites that gain relevant traffic.0 -
