    Change the record dude!!!

Perhaps, but he does have a point, a PWC was overpaid I notice in another thread , but they 'don't' have to pay it back, the OP NRP has over paid but he is not due a refund.
Doesn't sound like a fair scheme to me :o

No I agree thats not fair at all, however, thats the way it is. Its the law or the rule that needs changing on that one. so we need to stop bleating about it and find a way of getting that rule changed. that and the ctc for the nrp children being taken for the other children. just need to find a way to start letting the powers that be know we want a few tweaks made, how would you start the ball rolling do you think? :) cos i've no idea but thats the best way to go.

I've got over my outrage at that now, its just the way it is, we need them to add in a rule saying if pwc is overpaid this is to be paid back by them and if an nrp has paid the overpayment this will be paid back to the nrp. If we start now we might get it in 10 yrs time lol.

My brother found out he had overpaid, but was quickly refunded and he was paying via DEO, saying that it was spotted as the DC commented that Mum recieved no ££ now that DC was at UNI.
But I'm sure it should be covered by some equal opportunity law already, although a PWC may have been overpaid, somebody has paid it whether it be the state or the NRP it is no less wrong than a none paying NRP letting the state pick up the tab :o

So basically what we are saying the PWC doesn't need to pay back any money that has been overpaid to the PWC .
IF the PWC is still due maintenance money would that money be dropped to try and recoup the overpayment ?

No one can answer this as you get different answers all the time .I have put this in writing to them to try and get a written responce.
  • hi, deo payments will probably show up on the breakdown as when they were received from your employer and not when taken from your income, if your employer did not sent them in and then sent a lot at one time that might accout for the missing periods then the big £500 payment .
