CSA how do I deal with this

I've finally had a letter from the acknowledging I'm due to make my last payment tomorrow to clear arrears.

However the Statement they've sent shows me already £70 in Credit, but the attached letter says £37 arrears
Also having put all the numbers from the statement into a spreadsheet I'm mega confused
a) cos they don't add up to what they say they've received ( - Whoops, they do if i put the right numbers in
I only missed a £390 payment)
b) there is a mystery payment of over £500 one month when I'm paying £60
c) there are several gaps where no payments appear, but I was on DEO so the payments had to be made.
d) there are also a couple of gaps back in 1998/99, when I was sending them cheques - I'm pretty sure the bank won't be able to get me statements back to then will they ?

 I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:
I'm stillowed some arrears by my ex
I was a NRP, now I'm a PWC, partner of a PWC, and parent of a PWC ( and very confused at times )

When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose. When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0

Change the record dude!!!Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0

For crying out loud - just what purpose are you fit for? Give it a rest.
OP if you've been with the same bank all this time, they may not be able to give you paper copies but possibly they have them archived on film somewhere? It's certainly worth a try and asking them?0 -
Well looking in detail, the only way I can do it is with a spreadsheet with amounts and dates, I've got some missing when paying by DEO as well:beer: I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:
