worcester 37cdi trouble

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
Hi does anyone out there have any idea why my new boiler wont work properly?
I have power but the temp display just goes up and up really quik when I turn on a hot water tap. The temp gage eventually reads E9 and then U9 (109 degrees).
Also, althought the CH is in the on position, it doesn't come on.
Please help.

    Fault codes are listed here: E9 is the safety temperature limiter trip on the CH side.
