    Hi Michelle

If you do then just complete to the best of your knowledge and in brackets, (please refer to my letter of complaint dated XX/XX/XXXX) and (please refer to my account).

They must still get back by 8 weeks with a decision, either way, good luck.;)

this is Barclaycards standard response and it is a system they use, fill it in as best you can and refer them to your complaint letter as Di has mentioned,

so far barclaycard are sticking to form on all claims, they send the questionaire out after about 1 week, you will then get another letter after the 4th week saying they need more time, then at the 8 week mark you will get their final resonse with either an offer or a no.

i know its another form, but unlike a lot of other banks they have a standard system they work to which is in line with the FSA proposals on how to deal with complaints,

    hope this helps
I'm proud to say that the banks no longer take money from me after becoming debt free
