threatened rail strike

We are going to London 5th - 8th april but I'm worried the underground may be off due to planned rail strike, if the strike goes ahead will this be the case? We need to get in and out to gatwick as well as around London.

Comments

  • Some of the Underground network uses lines managed by Network Rail (it's staff working / directly / indirectly for Network Rail that are planning a strike), for example part of the District Line, so it's possible there may be some disruption but I'd expect not too much.

Timetables for all (National Rail) routes should be published on Thursday 1 April, so have a look at the National Rail and TfL web sites then.

Underground will be hardly affected, appart from Part of the district+Bakerloo line however these sections aren't in centeral London.

As poster says above, check the National rail site :D It will get updated when the information is known
