can i put these on the compost heap
hi, i have some fruit that i froze last year,but i just found out that it has only been half frozen for the last few months as my freezer is breaking, i take it that its is now no good for eating and that i need to throw it away,,i just wondered if i can put in in composter...it is plums,cherrys,blackberrys...thanks

Assuming not cooked, then yes, chuck it in the compost bin, it will be same as any fruit that has fallen on ground in autumn, bit manky maybe, but all good stuff for compostWhen an eel bites your bum, that's a Moray0

Yes, I agree. I'd definitely put it on my compost heap.2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!0 -
