How can I log on as administrator?

I set up the guest account on my computer for my son and after a restart and logging back on to my original name, it came up with a totally new, default screen and not the one I have been using for over a year, all the desktop icons in my name have vanished along with my wallpaper and all my settings.

I removed the guest account but it is still the same

I am a computer admnistrator but all my files seem to be in administrator only.

Any idea how I can get everything back as it was?

I assume I have to log back on as administrator only but I don't have that option on the logon/logoff screen.

Use System Restore to undo changes to an earlier date.

If you need to log on as Administrator, press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice at the Welcome screen, with no other users logged on. A login window appears where you enter Administrator for the user name and the password.
