if you google for pop3 and your isp name, it should list your pop3 and smtp addresses, then just tell your email client about themEver get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0

Does your email account work usually?
in properties of Outlook
Tools > accounts then properties button, then click on the servers tab
check that the POP3 incoming mail is correct as specified by your ISP or email provider
also, the SMTP outgoing mail is correct.
finally check username and password are correct. That should sort it. Alternatively you are sending too larger files and they are getting stopped.
The alternative is to get the images hosted, try something like this

You could just use webmail, such as Hotmail or Yahoo. That way you don't need to know your POP3 and SMTP details nor remember your sign in details.0
