I just thought I would praise Natwest!
They blocked my card and declined over £1,000 in unauthorized transactions.
They are also investigating £200 worth, and will refund me soon.

Me too.
Their Fraud Dept queried some of the transactions on my parents' current account as they looked a bit 'iffy'.
As it turned out they were genuine transactions but at least they were 'on the case' pretty quickly.0
