use a knife or make your own.
two pieces of wood in a T shape.top is the handle.
on the bottom one, insert a load of nails, so they poke thro the other side.
    job done.
    Get some gorm.
  • If it's a vinyl paper then just use a knife, you only need light pressure to cut through the paper and not the WALL! or you'll be doing more filling than needed.

Sometimes it's better not to score at all as if you cut it up you'll be stripping lots of tiny bits rather than larger sheets, try it without first then if it's hard work score lightly

    Hi,

    ELXPPF1.jpg

wouldn't waste the money on it, if it's vinyl top should peel off no bother, then just soak and scrape, but .........if you really must, you'd be better with one of these,

I have no idea about names but the paper in the kitchen is washable so not budging even after spraying.
Everywhere else it was painted on and it seems to be ?gloss paint as it is washable as well. So I thought perforating would help the soaking bit.

I am afraid that I might damage the wall underneath by scoring with a knife.
